Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and OrbitApps Technologies LLP, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("OrbitApps", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of Yaylo - Men’s Social App ("Yaylo" or the "App").

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Yaylo.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Yaylo. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You are not prohibited from using the App under any applicable law.
• You have not previously been banned from Yaylo.

Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 will be terminated immediately and all data deleted.

• You sign in using Google Sign-In; you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
• You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate any person or entity.
• You may maintain only one account, which is personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you post, including photos, bio, and messages. Yaylo has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post, share, or engage in:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, or unwanted repeated contact.
• Hate speech or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, caste, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic.
• Nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornographic content of any kind.
• Spam, scams, solicitation, advertising, or commercial promotion.
• Illegal activities, including drug sales, prostitution, human trafficking, fraud, or any content that violates Indian law.
• Any content involving or sexualizing minors (reported to authorities immediately).
• Violent, graphic, or self-harm promoting content.
• Fake profiles, impersonation, or misleading information.
• Sharing another person's private information without consent.

By posting content, you grant OrbitApps a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the App.

Users can Report and Block any abusive or inappropriate profile directly inside the Yaylo app from that user's profile or chat screen. Blocked users can no longer see your profile or message you.

Our moderation team reviews all reports and acts on objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing content and ejecting offending users. OrbitApps Technologies LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, immediately and without prior notice. We may also report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

OrbitApps does not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, online and offline. Always meet in public places, tell a friend about your plans, and never share financial information. Report any suspicious behaviour immediately.

Certain features may be offered as paid in-app purchases or subscriptions processed via Google Play Billing. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Google Play's policies.

The Yaylo name, logo, design, software, and all related content (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of OrbitApps Technologies LLP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You may stop using Yaylo and delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect the community.

Yaylo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbitApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
