Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OrbitApps Technologies LLP ("OrbitApps", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability partnership located in Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use the mobile application Yaylo - Men’s Social App ("Yaylo" or the "App") and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using Yaylo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. This policy is drafted in line with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

We collect only the data required to provide Yaylo's core features:

a) Personal Identifiers

• Name, email address, and basic profile information (such as your Google profile picture), obtained when you sign in using Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication.
• A unique user ID generated by Firebase Authentication to identify your account.

b) Location Data

• Approximate and precise location collected from your device, only with your permission, to show nearby users on the Match feed and to display approximate distances between users.
• Your exact coordinates are never displayed to other users; only an approximate distance is shown. You can revoke location permission at any time from your device settings, though nearby discovery will not work without it.

c) User-Generated Content (UGC)

• Profile photos you upload.
• Your bio, display name, age, interests, and preferences.
• Chat messages you send and receive within the App.
• Reports and block actions you submit regarding other users.

All user-generated content is stored securely using Firebase Cloud Firestore.

d) Device & Diagnostic Information

• Limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and crash logs, used solely to maintain app stability and security.

• To create, authenticate, and manage your Yaylo account.
• To show you nearby users on the Match feed using your location.
• To enable real-time messaging and chat between users.
• To display your profile (photos, bio, preferences) to other users.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• To review reports and enforce community moderation.
• To respond to support requests and grievances.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With other users: Your profile information (display name, photos, bio, preferences, and approximate distance) is visible to other Yaylo users as part of the App's core functionality.
• With service providers: The third-party services listed below that process data on our behalf to operate the App.
• For legal reasons: When required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority in India, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or the public.

Yaylo uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services — app distribution, updates, and in-app billing. Google Privacy Policy

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, which is encrypted at rest. Access to user data is restricted through Firebase Security Rules and is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate the service. While we follow industry-standard safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time using either method below:

1. Inside the Yaylo app: Open Yaylo → go to Profile → tap Delete Account → confirm.
2. By email: Send a request from your registered email address to lookzonsupport@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Upon a deletion request, your profile, photos, bio, preferences, chat messages, location data, and Firebase authentication record are permanently wiped within 7 days. Limited information may be retained only where required by Indian law (for example, records relating to fraud prevention or legal claims). For full details, see our Account & Data Deletion page.

Yaylo is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older. The App does not target, knowingly collect data from, or allow anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate the account and permanently delete all associated data. If you believe a minor is using Yaylo, please report the profile in-app or email lookzonsupport@gmail.com.

• Access and review the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate information directly from your profile.
• Withdraw consent for location access through your device settings.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App or on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of Yaylo after changes means you accept the updated policy.
